Profession
Always having worked in the communication industry for international, national, and local clients in a global agency, McCann-Erickson, she has focused her activity on corporate, culture, food and retail.
From 2012 to 2019 she worked as the Strategic and Creative Director at Angelini Design (Angelinidesign.com), an independent communication agency specialized in brand strategy, identity, digital, guided by an Italian taste with an International vocation. The agency has a portfolio of more than 100 clients in the European and Asian market.
Today she is Creative Director at Translated, one of the smartest digital company of the translation industry.

Education
Majored in Art history, obtained a Masters Degree in economy and management for museum and cultural enterprises, a master in Digital Marketing
, she is a current instructor for Brand Strategy and Design Thinking, at university.
In  2016 and 2017, she worked as Director of the Communication School at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome with the objective of redesigning it as the best Creative and Brand Strategy School ever possible.
She is a Creative Personal Branding certified Practitioner, and helps people to optimize themselves and their projects, coaching them to fully realize their potential in their chosen fields.

Tech+Start Ups
She has worked as a consultant at PiCampus, a venture fund and a talent-centric work environment that aims to bring designers and engineers together to create the next big thing, to set the new incubator for design+tech startups.

Affiliations
For 6 years she was Vicepresident of the ADCI, Italian Art Directors Club, 9 years a board member of the ADCE, focusing her activity on design hybridation and creative education. She is member of ADI, Associazione per il disegno industriale, and AI Copywriter, Italian Copywriting association.

She represented Italian advertising and design in international contests: Member of Press&Poster Jury at The International Advertising Festival in Cannes 2004, President of Print and Outdoor Jury in 2008, of Design Jury in 2012 , and of Innovation &Integration in 2013 at ADCE AWARDS in Barcelona.

In September 2010, she founded gorgelous.com, a web platform, focused on food, eating design and visual art.  

She  created madforspin.com  a project about table tennis and design thinking which aims to promote kinetic creativity as a tool for education and strategy and table tennis as a driver for social and urban regeneration.

Professione
Si occupa di creatività e comunicazione da sempre. Dopo 25 anni in McCann-Erickson come Art Director e Direttore Creativo, nel 2012 si dedica al branding e al design e diventa direttore creativo strategico di Angelini Design, agenzia indipendente di branding, digital e design e lavora principalmente per i mercati Europa e Asia. Da maggio 2019 è Creative Director di Translated, una delle più innovative digital company dell’industria delle traduzioni.

Educazione
Dopo una laurea in Storia dell’arte, un master in Economia e gestione dei beni culturali, un master in Digital Marketing, attualmente insegna Brand Strategy and Design Thinking, in ambito universitario
Nel  2016 e 2017, è stata Direttrice della scuole di Comunicazione dello IED,  Istituto Europeo di Design a Roma con l’obiettivo di ridisegnare il percorso formativo e farne la migliore scuola di strategia possibile.

E’ un coach certificato Creative Personal Branding e aiuta le persone a ridefinire i propri obiettivi professionali e il proprio mercato professionale.

Tech+Start Ups
Ha lavorato come consulente per PiCampus, un fondo di venture capital ed ecosistema incentrato sul talento che unisce designer ed ingegneri per creare innovazione.

Per 6 anni Vicepresidente di ADCI, Italian Art Directors Club, 9 anni nel board di ADCE, con delega all’ibridazione e formazione creativa.

Membro di ADI, Associazione per il disegno industriale, e di AI Copywriter.

Blogger da settembre 2010 quando ha fondato gorgelous.com, piattaforma web dedicata al food, eating design e alle arti visive.
Gioca a tennistavolo e ha dato vita al progetto madforspin.com che promuove l’estetica, il piacere del gioco e la sua funzione di “social player”.
